1. Agreement and eligibility
By using TommyTrace or purchasing digital content, you agree to the full Terms. If you cannot legally enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be authorized by the payment-method owner.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared for fraud, cheating, abuse or unauthorized purchasing.
3. TommyTrace Coins
Coins are limited virtual in-game currency for TommyTrace. They are not legal tender, electronic money, a deposit or a financial account; they do not earn interest, have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be withdrawn for cash. Coins are normally non-transferable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before purchase. Web payments may be processed by Stripe and mobile payments by an authorized app-store provider. The provider may apply its own terms, fraud checks, payment methods and privacy practices. Prices and pack sizes may change for future purchases only.
5. Delivery and verification
Coins are credited only after TommyTrace verifies payment server-side. Delivery is normally prompt but may be delayed by payment processing, fraud review, network outages or technical issues. A verified paid transaction that is not delivered may be restored after investigation.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Digital purchases are generally final once correctly delivered and made available for use, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, or where TommyTrace or the payment provider approves one. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and failed delivery may qualify for investigation and remedy.
7. Reversals and chargebacks
If a payment is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, TommyTrace may reverse the related Coins and, where permitted by law, items obtained with those Coins. Good-faith use of lawful consumer rights is not misconduct, but fraudulent chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions.
8. Cosmetics and fair play
Avatars, skins, emblems and effects are cosmetic unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not guarantee higher scores, extra time, map information or Ranked DUEL advantages.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not exploit payment, ad, reward or matchmaking systems; duplicate rewards; manipulate balances; use stolen payment methods; bypass verification; deploy cheats, bots or malicious tools; or use TommyTrace unlawfully or to harm other users.
10. Enforcement
TommyTrace may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in material breaches, fraud, cheating, security attacks or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
11. Service and third parties
TommyTrace may update or temporarily interrupt the Service. Third-party providers such as Stripe, Google, Supabase, Vercel, mapping providers, advertising networks and app stores may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
12. Privacy
TommyTrace may process account, gameplay, diagnostic and purchase information to operate, secure and improve the Service, provide support and prevent fraud. Payment card details entered into Stripe or an app-store checkout are processed by that provider and are not intended to be stored directly by TommyTrace.
13. Intellectual property
TommyTrace software, branding, original artwork and game content remain owned by TommyTrace or the relevant licensors. Buying Coins or cosmetics gives only a limited in-Service right to use the digital content.
14. Liability and mandatory rights
Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Malaysia consumer law and disputes
Nothing in these Terms contracts out of mandatory consumer protections. Where applicable in Malaysia, rights may arise under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other electronic-commerce and consumer rules. Consumers may also have access to statutory complaint or tribunal processes. Subject to mandatory rights, Malaysian law governs these Terms.
16. Full Terms and updates
The complete Terms contain additional provisions on limited content, service availability, liability, disputes, severability and updates. Material changes may require fresh acceptance before another purchase.
